Pure Spices We Love Now

Vietnamese Cassia Cinnamon

Vietnamese cinnamon is exquisite and rare with rich, sweet tones, different from Sri Lankan Sweet cinnamon which is citrusy and more cedar-like.

Spice Origin:
While it's related to Sri Lankan cinnamon, this species is closer to Indonesian and Chinese cinnamon. Our Vietnamese cinnamon comes from the Yên Bái province, where farmers plant seedlings and harvest when the trees reach 8–12 years in maturity. The area is replanted after harvest, making this a regenerative process.

How to use it:
Sprinkle this on soups and porridge or bake into your favorite treats!
